Description
Nutritional goal compliance is defined as the scope or non-scope of the nutritional objective from the perspective of meeting energy and nutrient requirements in individualized nutritional support based on the patient's nutritional assessment. Within individualized nutritional support, it is necessary to determine compliance with the nutritional goal, energy intake or provision, and other variables of the nutritional approach, such as changes in weight during nutritional intervention, changes in the stress factor derived from the patient's clinical condition, changes in nutritional diagnoses, and tolerance to oral intake, among others.
We aim to characterize the compliance with nutritional goals in the first week of individualized nutritional
support intervention in a high-complexity hospital in Colombia.
